"Amazing granola bowl!! The other food looked good too, we only came for breakfast :) staff were friendly and it had a nice decor. We may return before leaving Langkawi, not super cheap but good quality :) service charge of 10% automatically added to bill."

"Awesome vibes for lunch! We really enjoyed this cafe for a lunch stop - it’s a great place to rest a moment from the heat, roaming chickens are adorable and the menu offers some cool options. Everything we ordered was delicious. They have a QR to scan and order which unfortunately did not work for us but staff was able to quickly help us with a physical menu and take our order separately. Definitely recommend a visit!"

"My wife and I were here this morning (4 DECEMBER 2025) for a local and Western breakfast - we are both local tourists from Johor Bahru. We chose this breakfast venue for a few reasons: it's just behind the hotel where we are staying at in Langkawi; its beautiful cafe architecture; and its good Google reviews. We ordered the following here: a Bamboo Big Breakfast, a (basic) Nasi Lemak, and 2 pots of English Breakfast Tea. The Bamboo Big Breakfast was good and the portions were generous (see photo herein). The Nasi Lemak was nice and the Nasi was fragrant. And the English Breakfast Tea came in decent sized tea pots. Service here was very good - friendly, courteous and attentive. The dining ambience was undoubtedly very good - with its (as mentioned) beautiful bamboo-centric cafe architecture. Price-wise however, I would say it's a tad high, but I would say that the service and ambience here made up for it - except maybe, I felt that when my wife asked for a little hot milk for her English Breakfast Tea, we were not alerted that it'd be chargeable and it turned out to rather expensive as we were charged RM3.30 nett for the tiny amount of hot milk."

"With a unique setup and good food, you have a winner and Golden Bamboo Cafe definitely lives up to its Google reviews. Came here for lunch and was seated on Level 1, which is much cooler than Level 2. The space is breezy and airy, and even on a hot day, it was very comfortable. Honey Cajun Salad: The chicken was moist and paired well with the salad, apple slices, almonds and mozzarella. Would I order this again? Absolutely. Creamy Tom Yum Pasta: Creamy, flavourful, and well-balanced. I asked for less spice and it was just right. The chicken bits were slightly dry, but if that's improved, this dish would be close to perfect. Still a solid dish and would order again. Kasturi Lime Kombucha: So good. Honestly tempted to bring a carton home"

"Everything was great! We arrived at 11.30 am and there was no wait time, the place is beautifully designed and the food was great! We tried the egg and mushroom, the eggs were sooo buttery and fluffy. We also tried the matcha which was great, and espresso. Extra points for the playlist too!"

"A cute spot with a really nice overall vibe. One of the cutest details was the pandas hanging in the trees— it adds so much charm to the place. The food was great too: the popcorn chicken was crispy and flavorful, and the latte was good, especially the vanilla latte, which was even better. Overall, it’s a lovely café with good food and a great atmosphere— definitely worth visiting."
